FIRST TRACKS PRIORITY RESERVATION PROGRAM

To reserve a Unit at Basecamp Lofts + Studios, submit the form below and a fully refundable Reservation Deposit of $250. The Reservation Deposit extends the opportunity to purchase in the order in which it was received. Potential purchaser understands that unit availability, the site and floor plans, specifications and the proposed pricing for the Project may change until  a purchase and sale agreement is signed by both parties.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• $250 will be charged to your credit card when you submit this form and join the First Tracks Priority Reservation waitlist.
• There are no legal obligations under the First Tracks Reservation Program. Until a purchase and sale agreement is signed by both parties, the potential purchaser understands that unit availability, the site and floor plans, specifications and the proposed pricing for Basecamp Lofts + Studios may change. Upon execution of a purchase and sale agreement, the Deposit will be credited toward the earnest money deposit required by the purchase and sale agreement.
• Seller expects to offer a proposed binding purchase and sale agreement on or before 5/1/2023, which when signed by both parties will confirm all terms, price and conditions of the sale of a unit in the Project. Seller will confirm, in the order of Deposits received, the unit type and building location with the potential purchaser, during a scheduled appointment. 
• A First Tracks Member may request a refund of their Deposit at any time and for any reason prior to executing a purchase and sale agreement. In such event the Deposit will be promptly returned and the First Tracks Member’s name removed from the priority reservation waitlist. 
• Basecamp Residences LLC reserves the right to return a Deposit at any time, for any reason, in which case Basecamp Residences LLC shall have no further obligation to the First Tracks Member. 
• No interest will  accrue on Deposits. Only one Deposit per First Tracks Member household. Deposits and resulting priority are not assignable.
