• $250 will be charged to your credit card when you submit this form and join the First Tracks Priority Reservation waitlist.
• There are no legal obligations under the First Tracks Reservation Program. Until a purchase and sale agreement is signed by both parties, the potential purchaser understands that local priority, unit availability, the site and floor plans, specifications and the proposed pricing for Basecamp Lofts + Studios may change. Upon execution of a purchase and sale agreement, the Deposit will be credited toward the earnest money deposit required by the purchase and sale agreement.
• A First Tracks Member may request a refund of their Deposit at any time and for any reason prior to executing a purchase and sale agreement. In such event the Deposit will be promptly returned and the First Tracks Member’s name removed from the priority reservation waitlist.
• Basecamp Residences LLC reserves the right to return a Deposit at any time, for any reason, in which case Basecamp Residences LLC shall have no further obligation to the First Tracks Member.
• No interest will  accrue on Deposits. Only one Deposit per First Tracks Member household. Deposits and resulting priority are not assignable.
• We welcome broker participation. If potential purchaser wishes to be represented by a Broker, broker’s name must be submitted at the time of the First Tracks Reservation submittal in order to be eligible for co-op.
