With 2019 drawing to a close, Basecamp Center is thrilled to welcome both The Steadman Clinic and Steadman Philippon Research Institute, as well as Howard Head Sports Medicine. The Steadman Clinic and Steadman Philippon Research Institute has established it’s new imaging facility in Basecamp, bringing the latest imaging technology, with the only 3T MRI machine in Summit County, supporting their world-renowned orthopaedic care and research for patients.

The Steadman Clinic and Steadman Philippon Research Institute’s ongoing commitment to pair the best patient experience with the finest in technological and medical equipment has taken another significant step forward with the addition of Canon Medical Systems USA Inc.’s Vantage Galan 3T MR system to the Clinic’s Frisco location at Basecamp Center. The Steadman Clinic and Steadman Philippon Research Institute has become a destination for those patients seeking orthopaedic care from its collection of world-class surgeons and physicians. Much of the Clinic’s stature has been gained through its strong association with the sport of skiing, which in turn has led to a long and fulfilling relationship and partnership with the United States Olympic and Paralympic Committee.

Howard Head Sports Medicine is now OPEN! Howard Head offers physical therapy at 11 locations including Breckenridge, Vail, Avon, Beaver Creek, Eagle, Edwards, Gypsum, Silverthorne, and now Frisco, Colorado. Howard Head Medicine offers innovative physical therapy techniques, state-of-the-art equipment and experienced physical therapists. As the official medical provider for the United States Ski and Snowboard Association and USA Climbing teams, Howard Head Sports Medicine is well known for getting their patients back to doing what they love. Come by and take a peek at the beautiful new office right here at Basecamp, directly under the micro-condos.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

$250 will be charged to your credit card when you submit this form and join the First Tracks Priority Reservation waitlist.
There are no legal obligations under the First Tracks Reservation Program. Until a purchase and sale agreement is signed by both parties, the potential purchaser understands that local priority, unit availability, the site and floor plans, specifications and the proposed pricing for Basecamp Lofts + Studios may change. Upon execution of a purchase and sale agreement, the Deposit will be credited toward the earnest money deposit required by the purchase and sale agreement.
A First Tracks Member may request a refund of their Deposit at any time and for any reason prior to executing a purchase and sale agreement. In such event the Deposit will be promptly returned and the First Tracks Member’s name removed from the priority reservation waitlist.
Basecamp Residences LLC reserves the right to return a Deposit at any time, for any reason, in which case Basecamp Residences LLC shall have no further obligation to the First Tracks Member.
No interest will accrue on Deposits. Only one Deposit per First Tracks Member household. Deposits and resulting priority are not assignable.
We welcome broker participation. If potential purchaser wishes to be represented by a Broker, broker’s name must be submitted at the time of the First Tracks Reservation submittal in order to be eligible for co-op.
